Expression of Interest

 

 

            Expression of Interest is hereby called from reputed Architect Firms for planning, designing and preparation of Work Proposal for few Buildings of UBKV. Details regarding the scope of works are having with the office of the Assistant Engineering & In-charge, Works Department, UBKV or in the University Website: www.ubkv.ac.in

 

            Interested parties are here by requested to submit their profiles to the undersigned within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notification.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

 

The work proposals for which E.O.I. have been called for are:-

 

  1. Construction of an International Hostel (approximate Project Cost Rs. 100.00 lacs).
  2. Construction of Girls' Hostel (approximate Project Cost Rs. 100.00 lacs).
  3. Construction of Education Museum (approximate Project Cost Rs. 100.00 lacs).
  4. Developing the existing Sports Facility (approximate Project Cost Rs. 50.00 lacs).

 

Scope of work for the above mentioned Project will include:-

 

i)                    Preliminary Conference with the UBKV officials to establish Design Criteria, Budgets, Physical Requirement.

ii)                   Preparation & submission of Preliminary Conceptual plan of the project for approval.

iii)                 Preparation of final plant after approval of Conceptual plan for onward transmission to the Funding Agency for Vetting.

iv)                 Submission of Revised Proposal if desired by the Funding Agency till the proposal is Vetted.

v)                   Submission of Structural Design.

vi)                 Preparation and submission of detailed Cost Estimate for Civil, Sanitary & Plumbing and Electrical works along with line diagram of electrical work.

vii)               Preparation of detailed working drawing under the following heads:-

a)      Architectural drawing along with perspective view (Iso metric).

b)      Structural drawing of foundation, Beam Column, Slab, details of Doors Windows, Floor plan, Roof plant etc.

c)      Drawings for Sanitary & Plumbing and Electrical Layout.

viii)              Preparation of detailed specification and schedule of quantities for all items to be executed.

ix)                 Supply of ammonia prints for all drawings prepared in quadruplicate.

x)                  Supply of softcopy of the entire proposal submitted as hardcopy including the drawings (in Auto CAD version).

xi)                 Supervision of the work during execution stage as per requirement.

xii)               Issuance of certificate regarding safety and stability of the structure after its completion.

 

Interested Architect Firms are requested to submit details of their previous works in the related field along with drawings, photographs and also requested to mention requisite fees towards Consultancy along with Terms and Conditions regarding payment. The E.O.I. should reach to the office of the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of the E.O.I. in the News Paper.
