NOTIFICATION

 

            With reference to notification No. Admn/UBKV-591 dated 11.08.2009 this is to inform all concerned that the Hostels of Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Pundibari, Cooch Behar will re-open on 07.09.2009. The classes will start from 08.09.2009 and examinations on and from 10.09.2009. All the students are advised to report the D.S.W. or Residential Superientendent on 07.09.2009 along with their guardian positively in order to sign an undertaking, failing which he/she shall not be allowed to enter the Hostel. Detail schedule of the end-term examination is available in University Website www.ubkv.ac.in

There will be strictly no change in this schedule unless and until any sudden declared holidays or general strikes that hamper road communication happens to coincide. In such a condition the examination will be automatically scheduled on the next working day. Mobiles, notebooks, text books or any other reading materials are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Defaulters will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

VENUE: Classrooms at top floor

 

TIME: 12.00 to 15.00 hours

 

**Students (Faculty of Ag. &Hort. only) of  6th term UG Courses who were mass absent for the exams. scheduled on 27-07-2009 & 29-07-2009 will be allowed only to appear in the end term exams. as per above notification after depositing Rs 1000/- as fine by each students.
