ADMISSION NOTIFICATION

Attention is being drawn for 3^rd Counseling for admission in B. Sc. (Agriculture) Hons. and B. Sc. (Horticulture) Hons. at UBKV on 12.08.2009.

·        For B. Sc. (Agriculture) Hons. : Candidates who were present in 2^nd counseling only on 31.07.2009 are requested to report to the Admission Committee on 12.08.2009 positively.

·        For B. Sc. (Horticulture) Hons. : Candidates who were present in 1^st counseling for admission to General and Vocational Stream are requested to report to the Admission Committee on 12.08.2009 positively. For SC category candidates who were present in 2^nd counseling should only participate in 3^rd counseling.

Candidates are requested to report personally for counseling to be held at ATIC building of the University on 12^th August, 2009 by 2.00 p.m. strictly and positively with all original and attested copies of documents for admission, failing which the candidature of the candidates will be treated as cancelled.

Important Information:

A.      The candidate shall have to submit the following testimonials in original at the time of counseling:-

1. Marksheets and Admit cards of all examination passed.
2. SC/ST/PWD(PH) certificate if applicable.
3. School leaving certificate.
4. Residential Certificate.
5. Income Certificate of Guardian.
6. 2 copies of passport size photograph.
7. Admission & other fees Rs. 2900/-  + Hostel Entrance Fee- Rs. 1800/-   (Total = Rs. 4700.00)
8. The selected candidates of AILA affected areas and Hills of Darjeeling district affected badly by landslide are exempted for depositing Admission fees only at the time of admission on production of certificate obtained from the Block Development Officer/ Sub-Divisional Officer of his residential area.
