Sub: Change in commencement of Office hours on 07 October 2026 – reg.
It is hereby notify for information of all concerned that, in connection with the visit of Shri Dudh Kumar Mondal, Hon’ble Minister In Charge, Department of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal, to Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya on 07 October 2026, the office hours for the Main Campus (Pundibari) of the University on the said date shall commence at 8:30 A.M.
Accordingly, all Officers, Teachers and Non-Teaching Employees are hereby directed to attend office and report for duty by 8:30 A.M. on 07 October 2026 positively.
Further, for the convenience of the employees availing the University Bus Service, the University Bus shall depart from Cooch Behar at 7:30 A.M. from Rail Ghumpty, Cooch Behar, following its usual route on the said date.
All concerned are requested to take note of the above and ensure strict compliance.
