NOTIFICATION
In connection with the Notification vide no. 12/UBKV/Est.(Elet.)/T-63 dated 10.04.2023, all the Controlling Officers/ Head of the Department/ Unit/ Section and In-charge are request to furnish the information in the prescribed PP-2 proforma (hardcopy and softcopy) in respect of the employees (Teachers and Officers) to the office of the undersigned within 19 April 2023 to enable this office to submit the information to the office of the Block Development Officer, Cooch Behar-II, Pundibari, Cooch Behar. In this connection the softcopy of proforma (PP-2) may be downloaded from University Website (www.ubkv.ac.in).
This may be treated as VERY URGENT.
This is meant for Main Campus, Pundibari, only.
